The Training Programme equips students with the skills to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications in the biotechnology industry. Through Project-Based Learning (PBL), students collaborate with academics and industry professionals to tackle real-world problems in agriculture, developing a career plan.

Packed with practical tips, expectations and success stories from industry professionals, the handbook equips educators with the tools to create engaging blended learning experiences stregthened with Project-based Learning that spark students' interest in the agricultural biotechnology field.

The training program will be enriched by engaging video tutorials. These short, informative videos, featuring both expert explanations and animations, will provide students with a flexible and accessible learning resource especially filling the gap about the expectations of the industry representatives from the graduated students.

Events will take place in Nitra, Yalova, Miastkowo, Elche, Zlin, and Timisoara. They will set the stage for the staff of the organisations with their participants, enable interested people outside the project to attend the event and spread the information in the partner countries about the project outcomes.
